The expanded two-day programme for 2027 combines practical workshops, patient engagement and a comprehensive scientific meeting, providing delegates with valuable opportunities to learn, network and collaborate.
Covering the full multidisciplinary pathway, the Congress explores topics including peripheral arterial disease, wound management, vascular intervention, infection, offloading, service development, emerging technologies and the latest clinical research. The UK Diabetic Foot Congress 2026 marked the launch of a new multidisciplinary meeting dedicated to improving the prevention and management of diabetic foot disease. Held in Leeds, the inaugural congress brought together over 170 delegates, 30 expert faculty, and 17 industry partners, creating a collaborative environment for vascular surgeons, diabetologists, podiatrists, nurses, orthopaedic surgeons, radiologists and allied healthcare professionals. Through a programme of keynote lectures, panel discussions, debates and case-based sessions, delegates explored the latest evidence, innovations and practical approaches to diabetic foot care, while fostering new collaborations focused on improving patient outcomes and reducing avoidable amputations.
