Edward Wood

Mr Wood is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon, appointed to the Countess of Chester Hospital in 2009, where he has been Lead for Foot & Ankle Surgery since.  He helped establish and remains an active member of the Diabetic Foot MDT.  He has been involved with the British Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society (BOFAS) throughout his career, holding both Council & Committee positions.  Currently he sits on the Clinical Practice Committee, involved with the BOFAS Registry.  He has a keen interest in Medical Education, maintaining involvement in delivery of Trauma & Orthopaedic Education at a Deanery level.
